* Draft petitions or Final reports submitted to Manufacturer/Registrant or Quality Assurance

* Completed Petitions or Final Reports Submitted to EPA or to MFG/Registrant

* Petition amendments with residue/tox data submitted to the
manufacturer and the EPA

* Or other special information

Information regarding the pesticide, site, PR# and date will be presented in this report as a reference.
